Night Before: 2 egg and potatoe sandwiches melon(we have a lot of eggs), about 500ml of brandy with pepsi
Impressions: generally soft and pleasant but corrugated with hard lumps that were not painful, just strange. massive eruption of gas midway through. dots of blood on the paper.

keeping up with this is hard, but it’s my own poor discipline that’s causing me to fail
Night Before: two egg sandwiches and some brandy
Impressions: pleasant, odiferous, and felt very wet towards the end, but it really wasn’t. I was pleased at the definition and the consistency.

Sorry for the late post- I’m going through some pianful and distracting personal problems at the moment.
Night before: Hash browns and eggs, 2 bottles cabernet sauvignon and 1 pint of brandy.
Impressions: day before was nothing, so i knew this was going to be massive, and it was: a easily expelled heavy mass that came out in a neverending rush. it was a great relief.

1/27/09 – The Void

Night Before: codeine, 1 gallon of water, a bite or two of bread, 4 shots brandy with honey, 1 liter white wine.
Impressions: who was it that said, “I’m one good stomach flu away from a size 1″ – i had explosive gas and diarrhea at 3, 4, and 5AM, but nothing that technically qualified- it was a poopless day. However, i feel much better today.

NIght before: terrifying ill- took opiates and spent an endless night nodding and waking up to desperately gulp a glass of water. I did manage a ham sandwich on a fresh yeast roll and 1.5 pints brandy with honey.
Impressions: this was almost an accident, I felt nothing. It’s all I’ll manage today. sorry for the poor snap.

Night before: decent skirt steak and fries and ceasar salad out on the town. 2 scotch and soda. 3/5ths quart pinot grigio. 8 shots rum.
Impressions: my GI health has improved, but I am terribly ill with an URI; bronchitis, possibly. This is all i managed, and that was at 10PM today- I almost didn’t poop at all. I feel like death warmed over.

this was the best I've felt all day. Refreshing and really heartening.

1/24/09 – Disaster Strikes

Night Before:popcorn popped in salt, pepper and tabasco. 4 hardboiled eggs. 1 liter decent pinot grigio, 6 shots of rum
Impressions: i was up half the night and my digestion really suffered. This was bad, and it’s not going to get better through the day. Pray for me.

1/22/09 – Morning flare

Night Before: 2 hot andouille-style chicken sausages with spicy brown mustard on rye.
a cucumber and a carrot.
2 pints Grolsch, the rest of the E&J’s – less than a pint
Thoughts: loose, and came out under pressure in one long flow. Usually my morning confinement is less productive, but I knew this was going to my best of the day.

methinks is time for some fiber

Night before: 2 wasabi chicken salad sandwiches on sprouted rye with tabasco and sliced tomatoes.
2 pints Grolsch beer
1 pint E&J VSOP (not that special)
Thoughts: very smooth, all in a rush, gassy. held it in a hour longer than I should have- was it fear? I don’t know. two wipes required.

Night before: 2 shots Jameson’s, two bottles cabernet sauvignon.
fresh whole wheat bread with asiago and aged cheddar cheese. two carrots and some minature chicken tacos.

Impressions: scared of this one, thought it would burn, but it was actually quite easy and very relaxing. came out all in a rush.
